WhichH3 is a free tool site that runs entirely on local computation. It helps people who want to run the MiniMax H3 video model on their own machine answer three questions: Can my hardware run it? Which model combo should I download? How long will different resolutions and durations take?
All computation happens in your browser — no sign-up, no data uploads. The essentials:
The estimation engine is a regression over publicly measured community data, including ComfyUI run logs from our own machine (RTX 5090 + 64GB DDR5) and 30+ benchmarks from GitHub, HuggingFace discussions, and review repositories. It was cross-validated against an independent measured matrix covering 0.3–0.98MP × 5/8/10/15 seconds (32 configurations; average error ~8%). Every data source is linked (see data/sources.json in the project repository).
Estimates are shown as ranges, and a "self-calibration" feature is available: enter your own measured per-step time once and the whole table is corrected for your machine.
This site is not affiliated with MiniMax. Model weights and licenses belong to MiniMax and its licensors. This site does not host any weight files; it only links to official and public community sources. Estimates are for reference only and do not constitute purchasing or deployment advice.
